Fare thee well, my nose ring... *silent sob*

I JUST got my black star nose ring last week after weeks of lusting after it. It was beautiful, it was perfect it was mine. But like all bad relationships, the bitch up and left me for the depths of the TOILET today. Was I going to save her, HELL NO, so I had to flush her....... down the drain.

Fare thee well, my perfect nose ring, my only true love. DAMMIT!

~Evil Eye EOTD!~

Good evening Zombies!

Today I used all Evil Shades. I really like the new "Stars" collection (I received a sample with my most recent ES order) and Morning Star rocks. It's a gold glitter that lasts forever and is very wearable because it's so soft and not stark chunky glitter.

Hi-Fi Cosmetics **Nightmare 2010** Collection!

Hey lovers!

Some of you may or may not know, but I am a SUCKER for Halloween and anything that involves Halloween. I am an *almost* Halloween baby, so this time of year is just awesome for me. Now coming into the makeup scene (it's been almost a year now!) it's fun to see all the Halloween inspired collections that are out there. I *just* missed them last year!

Anyway, when Veronica posted about her brand spanking new Halloween collection, I jumped. I had to bribe my husband with some "favors" but was able to place an order for 4. Yes, my husband and I have a barter system. Get over it! LMFAO!!

Anyway, I picked up the following:

Can you guess my personal favorite?!  I can't wait to get these in. Will YOU be purchasing from this new collection?

Sneak Peek! Darling Girl Cosmetics goes Halloween!

Happy ass Saturday my beautiful Zombie freaks!

I'm in a pretty happy mood. Things in my personal life have taken a surprising up turn and it's actually pretty exiciting. I'll fill you all in at a better time. :)

Anywho- the gorgeous and ever so sweet Susan at Darling Girl Cosmetics kindly asked me if I'd like to review her upcoming Halloween collection. And DUH! of course I said yes. I really like DGC!

I can't say when the collection will be released, but I highly recommend following Susan's blog to get the inside scoop. I believe she was working on a few more colors before releasing the collection.

Without further ado:

Lubu Heels and Pearl Harbor NOTD!

Good evening Zombies!

I'm going to attempt my first nail post because I combined two polishes last night for fun and I was blown away by the outcome. I had to take pictures and show you all!

I love Lubu Heels by China Glaze (a lovely black base with red glitter). I added a coat of Sinful Colors Pearl Harbor (clear base with teal and pink glitter) on top. I then added a coat of Beauty Secrets top coat.  Here it is in all it's glory. I was pretty damn proud of myself!

Natural Light

 Indoor Light

So what do you think Zombies? Should I do more nail posts from time to time?  It's actually pretty fun, but I do not proclaim to be any good at it.

On that note, I received my OPI "Go Goth" Halloween collection today. I am excited to give it a go.

Cat Eye and Red Lips! ~LOTD~

Hello Zombies!

This morning I woke up determined to master a double cateye liner and this is the look I came up with. Simple, but with just enough punch to be a little different. Like ME! I really liked the red lip to add some color. This post is picture heavy, cause I was pretty stoked about this look! I'm slowly getting the hang of eyeliner too!

I hope you're all doing well!

**Ready for Fall** LOTD!

Happy Sunday lovers!

Last week I had Fall fever something fierce. I could feel the weather changing, the smell is different even. I love this time of year and I'm excited for sweaters, and long sleeves, and cute jackets with skulls on them. HAHA! So, last Thursday I did a nice neutral look- didn't even use a top eyeliner.

~Breath in and Exhale EOTD!~

Good evening Zombies!

It's almost the end of a long ass week for me! I have a full weekend, so I plan on blogging and then vegging out in front of Hulu tonight!

I have really been wanting to use my Darling Girl Cosmetics eyeshadow and once I saw Exhale, I knew exactly what to pair it with.

OOO to be Green'd EOTD!!

Good evening Zombies.

I'm feeling VERY under inspired these days. I feel like each time I do a look, it looks like something I've done before. And yet I could stand looking at my eyeshadow for hours and come up with amazing ideas. Maybe it's because I don't have much time in the mornings or maybe it's because I'm soon turning 31 and am feeling the pressure.
What would YOU like to see? Please help me out. I'll take your requests and run with them! I need combination ideas, color ideas, etc. BRING IT ON!

Anyway, this is the look today. I used my new "Drakon" eyeshadow from Evil Shades as well as my custom color from High Voltage "Zombie Chic."

!Evil Shades Nixies LOTD!

Good evening my fantastic and beautiful Zombies!

This is my 185th post. WOW! I don't know how I managed it, but I've rocked out with this blog. All thanks to you! I really appreaciate you all being interested in my blog. It makes me feel good about doing this. I blog for myself, but I also enjoy doing something that entertains or informs others.

Anywho, last week I got a mini Evil Shades order, because I HAD to get some of the new Mythology shades.

I used Nixies (Blue based purple with a grassy green shift ) today and I freaking LOVE the way it applied almost a foiled steel blue. It looked awesome. I paired it with some High Voltage eyeshadow and away I went! I did not get a good shot of my open eye, so you can hardly see Crowd Surfing.

Urban Decay is Haute!

Evening Zombies!

I received my most recent Hautelook order today. I purchased two Urban Decay Deluxe eyeshadow in Sting and Adore when they had their last Urban Decay sale. Dude, I picked these babies up for $4.95 each. It does not take a rocket scientist to know that this was a freaking killer steal. The MAIN reason I got these is I adore the packaging. Since becoming a mineral eyeshadow fanatic, I haven't really been much impressed by Urban Decay's eyeshadow, but these cool mirrored compacts could NOT be passed up. I was also happy that these are a lot smaller than I had pictured in my head.

As you'll see, these are both extrememly pigmented. Adore casts a purple hint when applied. Sting is a lot more pink than I was expecting, but it was a welcomed suprise. It doesn't apply or scream OMG I AM SO BRIGHT!, but it has just the right amount of intensity. I am pretty happy with my little Hautelook haul.

Check out swatches after the cut!

@My Pretty Zombie Take 2!@

The beautiful Mistress Andrea over at My Pretty Zombie kindly sent me four of her brand spanking new colors to try out and review. She did increase the amount of product, which is impressive. Out of the 4 she sent me, I feel head over heels for Black Eye it's a red based purple with a slight purple sheen. Amazing and unique.

Henrywinkle: periwinkle that looks awesome on everyone!
Black Eye: Dark reddish purple that looks like you took a punch.
Violet: Violet is a cool purple with blue multi-colored glitter
Murder: Dark red with a slight sparkle.

Swatches after the cut.

Crowd Surfing Gypsy Queen EOTD!

Happy Friday bishes!

Whew another week dead and gone. My oldest son's birthday is tomorrow (he'll be 6!) so it's going to be a busy day. Do you have any fun plans for the weekend?

I HAD to use some of my new High Voltage shadows today (duh!) and was pretty happy with the results. Gypsy Queen turned black on me when I blended it too much, but adding Saint and Sinner was the perfect touch.

!!!High Voltage Haulage!!!

Good evening ZOMBIES!

I swear when I received my most recent High Voltage order, it looked like I had won a giveaway. I was stoked at the cool things she included with the order. Complete with an awesome Frankenstein felt bag, some Halloween goodies, and a mini nail polish from Sally Girl. I swear, Jasmine is so awesome. She really cares about her customers and I really admire that. <3 I saw her post on Twitter one day with brand a brand new collection of colors and immediately ordered the whole set. LOL I added a few such as Copy Cat and Crowd Surfing that I'd been drooling over forever.

The only complaint I have are the new labels. From my understnading the old labels were fading, so she switched to waterproof labels. I totally understand, but I really dug the old labels. Made HV stand out from the rest in my opinion.

Anywho, check out the order- complete with swatches at the end!

**Back in Action EOTD**!!

Good evening my lovely Zombies!

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Ours was CRAZY and it's good to be home.  I didn't wear makeup (collective gasp) yesterday. So, I decided to snap pics of my eyes this morning.

I have a ton of fun things coming up, but it seems like the mail is extra sllllow!  Or I'm just super impatient. Anyway, here's my eye using all Evil Shades!

Wanderflower FTW! EOTD

Good evening Zombies!

A quick EOTD post and I'm heading to bed!  It's been a long week.  I will report that I will NOT be getting the Monroe piercing because of where I work. But I'm keeping my eyes open for an alternative piercing because I still want one for my birthday. I wanted to thank you ALL for your opinions. They really helped in my decision making. :)

I used Evil Shades "Wanderflower" for my EOTD today. It's a newish shade that's gaining in popularity. I think it's stunning paired with Hi-Fi Cosmetics "Morbid Faith".
