The Vicious Bakery Cosmetics! Review and SWATCHES!

Good afternoon Zombies!

I was recently contacted by Stephanie from The Vicious Bakery Cosmetics and asked if I'd try out some of her eyeshadow. After looking through her Etsy store, I found a couple of colors that called my name. I especially love that every eyeshadow is named after a dessert. Oh yes, YES THEY ARE!

Look at her pretty little business card.

Everything came nicely packaged. The two jars had stickers over the sifters. Included in the package was a sweet little note. Some of which I'll share with you at the end, so keep reading!

LOOK at those awesome jar tops! Cupcakes with skulls for cherries. YES

I chose two full size colors in L (Candy Apple) and R (Brownies). You can really see the red sparkle in Candy Apple below.

SWATCHES! (swatched over Hi-Fi Cosmetics Shadow Fix.)

Descriptions per Etsy and/or Facebook page.

Candy Apple: Candy Apple is a white glazed deep pink (or light red I suppose) with shimmers and red glitter.

Brownies: Brownies is a medium brown / slight maroon color with peach and blue shimmer. Can be applied dry for a light, sheer color, or over primer or wet for a more intense look.

Sugarplum: I could not locate a description for this. To me it's a deep shimmery violet.

Peppermint Patty: I could not locate a description for this. To me it's a medium shimmery green.

Blueberry Pie: Blueberry Pie is a rich shimmery blue. Can be applied dry for a light, sheer color, or over primer or wet for a more intense look.

Wedding Cake: Wedding Cake is a light almost white lavender eyeshadow that sparkles like the diamonds he or she (hopefully) proposed with. Can be applied dry for a light, sheer sparkle, or over primer or wet for a more intense look.

**You ask why there is a ??? next to the last color on the right? That's because Stephanie has asked our help in naming this beauty. She describes it as a grey/blue shade and I see a gold shift when I look at it. All she asks is that it's a dessert name. :D

I enjoy all of the colors. Candy Apple is my personal favorite. The colors are blend-able and pigmented without being super over the top glittery. The staying power is quite good too. Blueberry Pie is my next favorite of the group. You can't go wrong with royal blue with blue sparkles! The Vicious Bakery is pretty new and it seems they are growing and expanding. You can learn more about their company and see more swatches on their Facebook page.
