MAC pigment haul from TheBodyNeeds!

Happy Tuesday everyone!

It's been a fun week for me so far, getting ready for our trip to Disneyland in just a few days. My kids are bouncing off the walls with excitement and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't as well. This will be our first family vacation ever and I am so completely excited to do this! I really can't wait to live vicariously through my kids for a few days. :D

A few weeks ago, I was on the prowl for some MAC pigment samples at a reasonable price and the girls in my Facebook group "Never Too Much Sparkle" turned me on to TheBodyNeeds website. It was love at first sight as I loaded my shopping cart. I thought it would be fun to show you my little haul!

The samples come in 5 gr jars, which I personally love. I could do without the sifters, but nevertheless, they come with sifters. Each jar had a sticker over the sifter as well. The sample prices varied, but I didn't spend over $2.80 for a sample.

Per the website:

Please note:
You will be purchasing a SAMPLE,
NOT a full jar. The full jar is for
photo purposes only, and to prove you
are purchasing AUTHENTIC MAC Glitter.

Pigments are a 1/8 to 1/4 tsp (as noted)
SAMPLE in a 5 gram clear/screw top sifter jar.
It will NOT fill the jar!

Samples are taken from a NEW/UNUSED jar of pigment.
Utensils are sterilized before use.

I grabbed a Loew-Cornell brush, which is suppose to be a dupe of the MAC 239 brush.

Everything below (with the exception of "Pixie" is a sample from MAC.) Pixie is a house blended glitter from TheBodyNeeds.

Swatches!! I love them ALLLLL....

I also picked up two samples MAC lippies in "Girl About Town" and "Violetta." I really like the way the sample lipstick are packaged.

My only disappointment was in the Valentine Set that I purchased. The lip balm "Kiss Me" is so super sheer that it took about 8 swipes to get it to what you see in the swatch! But, the blush "Be Mine" is SUPER pretty and sparkly. I can't wait to wear it!

Yep, I can see a pretty penny being spent at TheBodyNeeds! I have an obsession with MAC pigments these days and can't wait to stock up!
