How Burt's Bees changed my life!

Ok, so the title of this post may be a little over-dramatic. A *little*. I have the absolute worst habit of biting the skin around my nails when I get nervous, bored, stressed, happy...just in general. I've done this for most of my life and it's a hard habit to break. I've used creams, lotions, oils, and nothing seemed to ever 1. help me break the habit and 2. make my cuticles/skin look normal again.

In passing the other day my friend Megan mentioned she uses Burt's Bee's Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream on her cuticles. And let me tell you, her nails always looks awesome. So, a little voice in my head nagged me until I could snag myself a tin.

It's like Lemon Meringue Pie in a tin! It smells wonderful and goes on so creamy and feels so moisturizing. The thing I love the most is that it does not leave your nails/cuticles feeling greasy, which is the problem I've had with several similar creams.

My nails a few weeks before I started using Burt's Bees. ( You can see the skin around is dry and rough from my biting.)

This was last night, not even a week into using the cream (applying once a day at least.) Look at the difference it's made so far! (Excuse the stained nails. I rarely go without nail polish.)

I can't wait to see how my nails look in another month! I've found a holy grail in my stash! And it was less than $6.00!

Have you tried Burt's Bees cuticle cream?

  1. I use Burt's Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream too! It does smell amazing haha and your cuticles look great :)

  2. I have this little beauty right next to me now. I lost it once and I panicked! My cuticles are horrible from the abuse I give them but the Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream is a savior for them. Love it!

  3. I have issues with my cuticles and whenever I use BB Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream, it makes my nails look great! Now, if only I could remember to use this stuff on a regular basis...

  4. Hmmmm.... I may have to pick some of this stuff up! I have tried anything and everything it seems like, and nothing has helped my cuticles. This looks promising! Thanks for sharing!

  5. Not bad for cuticles, but lousy for the lips. I LOVE Buddha Balm for the lip balm. Crazy good stuff. Check it out.

  6. Fine way of explaining, and pleasаnt artiсle tо tаke information regarding my
    ρrеsentatiоn subject matter, which
і аm going to ԁeliver in sсhool.
